I’m a Rhode Island native and newly credentialed Registered Dietitian. Like many people, my relationship with food wasn’t always easy. That experience led me to pursue a degree in nutrition to make sense of it for myself and eventually help others build a more peaceful, sustainable relationship with eating. After completing my master’s degree and over 1,000 hours of supervised practice, I joined a team of Registered Dietitians at a private practice. I support clients of all ages with personalized, weight-inclusive care. I created this space to share what I learned, meal ideas, and practical support to help make nutrition feel less complicated.
